These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of Spritfy (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
Spritfy is a free, browser-based pixel art editor and sprite sheet generation tool. The editor features can be used by anyone without registration. To upload artworks to the community gallery, registration and login are required.
2. Usage Conditions
You must use this Service only for lawful purposes. Creating content that infringes on others' rights or is illegal using this Service is prohibited.
3. Intellectual Property
All works created by users using this Service (pixel art, sprite sheets, GIFs, etc.) are the property of the user. Intellectual property rights to the Service itself, including source code, design, and logos, belong to Spritfy.
4. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited: • Interfering with the normal operation of the Service • Placing excessive load on the servers by abusing the Service • Reverse engineering or unauthorized copying of the Service • Uploading copyrighted works of others to the gallery without permission • Uploading inappropriate content such as pornography, hate speech, or violent material • Using another person's account without authorization • Any other activity that violates applicable laws
5. Service Changes and Discontinuation
The Service may add, modify, or discontinue features without prior notice. We are not responsible for damages caused by service interruption.
6. Disclaimer
This Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or absence of errors. We are not responsible for data loss or damages arising from use of the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service operator is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be changed as needed, and updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
