Terms of Service

The following activities are prohibited:

• Interfering with the normal operation of the Service
• Placing excessive load on the servers by abusing the Service
• Reverse engineering or unauthorized copying of the Service
• Uploading copyrighted works of others without permission
• Uploading inappropriate content such as pornography, hate speech, or violent material
• Using another person's account without authorization
• Any other activity that violates applicable laws

Every signed-in user is given a referral link, and when a user who newly signed up through that link pays for a plan, the user who referred them receives points. The following conditions apply to the referral program and points:

• Earning: each time a user who newly signed up through a referral link pays for a plan, 20% of the amount actually charged is given to the referrer as points. 1P is worth 1 KRW.
• When points can be used: points become usable 7 days after that payment and have no expiry date.
• Where points can be used: points can be used only to pay for a one-time pass on the pricing page. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account, and they are lost if the account is deleted.
• Amount: when points are used, the amount left to pay must be either 0 KRW (the whole price of the pass is paid with points and no card payment is made) or at least 1,000 KRW.
• Which referrals count: a referral counts only for an account newly created within 30 days of opening the referral link and registered as a referral within 7 days of sign-up. It does not count for the referrer's own accounts, accounts created on the referrer's browser or device, or accounts that have already paid. Once set, a referrer cannot be changed.
• Nature of points: points are a free benefit, not a product purchased with a payment.
• Refund of a payment that earned points for a referrer: if that payment is refunded in full, all the points granted for it are withdrawn; if it is refunded in part, they are reduced in proportion to the amount refunded. If the points to be withdrawn or reduced have already been used, the shortfall is deducted from points earned later.
• Refund of a payment on which points were used: if that payment is refunded in full, the money paid is refunded to the original payment method and the points used are returned as points. On a partial refund the points used are not returned. The detailed rules, including those for a pass paid entirely with points, are set out in the Refund Policy.
• Abuse: the Service operator may withdraw points obtained by improper means such as self-referral, fake or duplicate accounts, or automation, and may restrict that user's referral privilege.
• Changes and termination: the Service operator may change the rate and conditions or end the referral program after giving prior notice. Points already earned before a change remain usable.

The following conditions apply to paid passes, credits, and payments:

• Passes: Pro, Max, and Ultra are sold as one-month passes paid once; they do not renew automatically. If a new pass is purchased while a pass is active, the new pass starts after the current period ends.
• Payment: payments are processed only through PortOne with KG Inicis and are charged only in Korean won (KRW), by card or easy-pay. Dollar amounts shown on the English and Japanese pages are for reference only; for foreign cards, the card issuer's exchange rate and fees determine the final amount charged.
• Use of credits: credits are used only for image-to-3D generation. The credits needed for each generation are shown on the 3D Creator page and the pricing page.
• Free features: the Pixelizer (including importing images and 3D models and adding weapons and equipment), the Editor, the Sprite tool, and the Image Converter are free and do not use credits.
• Monthly credits: during a pass, monthly credits are granted every month from the pass start date, and unused monthly credits do not carry over to the next month.
• Returned credits: if a generation fails or is cancelled, the credits reserved for it are returned automatically.
• No cash value: credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
• Refunds: refunds follow the Refund Policy.
• Passes purchased through PayPal: passes purchased earlier through PayPal remain valid until their end date and continue to grant monthly credits. Refunds of those payments are handled by the Service operator when the user contacts us.

A signed-in user can choose, for each 3D generation, to use their own Tripo API key instead of Spritfy credits. The following conditions apply when they do:

• Charges: no Spritfy credits are used; Tripo charges the user's own Tripo account at Tripo's prices. Tripo credits are separate from Spritfy credits.
• User responsibility: the user is responsible for their Tripo account and API key, the charges incurred on it, and compliance with Tripo's terms.
• Use of the key: the Service uses the key only to run the generations the user requests and to check the Tripo balance when the user presses the optional "Check key" button.
• Storage of the key: the key is kept only in the user's browser and, while a generation job runs (or while checking the key), in the server's memory. The Service never stores it in its database or logs. The user can delete it from the browser at any time.
• Tripo-side issues: the Service operator is not responsible for charges, usage limits, account suspensions, or outages on Tripo's side.
• Results: generated models are saved to My 3D works, the same as generations made with credits.
• API key creation and usage: how to create a Tripo API key on the Tripo Console's "API Keys" page (https://developers.tripo3d.ai/en/keys) and use it for 3D generation is explained in the FAQ.
