Refund policy
A full refund is available within 7 days of payment if no Pro-only feature (export, copy, own libraries) has been used. After Pro features are used, the remaining period is not refunded partially; access continues until the expiry date. Payment errors and duplicate charges are refunded regardless of time. To request a refund, send the payment id from your payment history through the contact page. Approved requests are cancelled within 3 business days.
